Spa Reservation Agent

Established in 2007, Spabreaks.com made an immediate name within the travel sector and quickly became Europe’s leading Spa Travel Agency. Having opened with just 2 staff and 25 UK based venues we have been on a rollercoaster journey and have now grown to a team of 70, working with over 1000 of the world’s leading spa hotels. We send away over 6000 travellers each week, have won multiple industry awards, and we are just getting started!

Role

As a Spa Reservation Agent, you’ll be responsible for managing reservations, providing expert advice, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will be working within a dynamic and enthusiastic team, and you’ll have access to extensive training and development opportunities. Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and enquiries from customers, ensuring that all bookings are processed efficiently and accurately
• Provide expert advice to customers on our range of spa days, treatments and holidays, as well as other products and services
• Build relationships with customers, ensuring that they receive a personalised service and that we meet their individual needs and requirements
• Update our internal booking systems, ensuring that all customer data is accurate and up-to-date
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, identifying opportunities to drive sales and improve customer engagement
• Support other team members as required, including answering incoming calls, responding to emails and managing online chat enquiries
• Continuously develop your knowledge of the spa and travel industry and our products and services, in order to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• Experience working in the leisure, travel and tourism industry, preferably in a reservations or customer service role
• A passion for spa and wellness, and a desire to share this with customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines
• Attention to detail, with the ability to accurately input data and manage multiple bookings simultaneously
• Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly-changing environment
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Must be able to work Saturdays and two days during the week
• Fixed term contract until April 2024 (possible temp to perm)
