– Communicating effectively with both customers and spa staff.
– Overseeing the check-in and check-out process for spa clients.
– Verifying client information and updating records as needed.
– Addressing and resolving customer issues or complaints.
– Escalating concerns to higher management when necessary.
– Coordinating with spa staff to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
– Communicating special requests or client preferences to relevant staff.
– Performing administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
– Maintaining and updating client databases.
– Promoting spa services and upselling additional treatments.
– Encouraging clients to try new services or products.
– Training and onboarding new front desk staff.
– Ensuring that all front desk personnel are knowledgeable about spa offerings.
– Monitoring access to spa facilities.
– Ensuring the security of client information and belongings.
– Collaborating with spa management and other departments.
