SPA MANAGER (M/F)

The Le Richelieu & Spa hotel in La Flotte en Ré is recruiting its Spa manager as part of the development of its activity.

Under the responsibility of the establishment management, you organize the operation of the spa and manage it as a real profit center. 

Your main missions: 

Manage, train and develop the team. You are the guarantor of cohesion and development of employees.

• Organize and supervise the work of your team 
• Implement procedures and ensure their application
• Unite and motivate teams around defined objectives and support them in their development

Develop turnover for care and products. You represent the brand image of the spa and the hotel.

• Guarantee the quality of care and satisfaction of our customers.
• Optimize care schedules 
• Ensure the promotion, advice and sale of services and products 
• Be a force for proposals and set up commercial activities 

Ensure the proper daily operation of the spa

• Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and anticipate needs 
• Manage stocks and inventories 
• Ensure compliance with health and safety rules 
• Be in permanent contact with other hotel services 

You therefore occupy a versatile position with responsibility including varied and transversal missions carried out to delight your customers.

You have initial experience as a manager in a spa or thalassotherapy hotel.

You will master the various body and facial care techniques.

You are a challenger and have a commercial flair, you like to take on new challenges in order to optimize the spa’s turnover.
