Wellness & Spa Manager

The Murray, Hong Kong is a high-profile preservation project designed by British international studio for architecture and integrated design Foster + Partners. Part of Hong Kong’s Conserving Central Project, the Hotel which was the stand-alone Murray Building is one of the city’s most iconic landmarks. A member of Global Hotel Alliance’s Ultratravel Collection, the contemporary sanctuary features 336 oversized rooms and suites spanning 25 floors. Other facilities include a stunning rooftop bar with breath-taking views of the central business district and the green oasis of Hong Kong Park, a series of signature restaurants and bars, as well as creative meeting and event spaces.

Responsibilities

Monitor, coach and support the team to provide quality service to customers according to company standards

Supervise and manage the Wellness Centre and pool daily operations – inventory control, cost control, visual merchandising, and duties roster to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Lead the front-end colleagues and provide direction and effort to reach or exceed the shop targets

Enforce and execute company policy and procedures

flexibility in undertaking other duties as delegated by the Director of Housekeeping

Requirements

Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline

At least three years’ supervisory experiences in Wellness Centre / Health Club / Spa

Experience in Spa Therapist / Spa Concierge is a MUST

Self-motivated, detailed-oriented with strong interpersonal and communications skills

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
