The Spa at Carden are looking for those who will provide a perfect welcome to our spa guests, to join our award winning luxury Spa team as a Spa Receptionist. If you have a warm and friendly personality who can provide exceptional customer service, then we would love to meet you.
Your day with Team Carden:
- Welcome all guest’s arrival in the spa.
- Process payments for spa experiences
- Meet all guest’s requirements in a helpful and productive manner
- Maximise sales from upselling treatments and retail products
Enjoy a full time role of 40 hours per week, working both evenings and weekends.

You are the start of our guest’s journey with us; providing a friendly and informative service is key to making the right first impression to our guests. You will be required to be efficient, confident and personable, with excellent communication skills. You will be part of a remarkable team, working in an award winning luxury Spa. If you have previous hotel reservation experience that would be preferred, however we know there are many transferable skills people have to offer and would support with your development into the role.
