Responsibilities:
Facial Treatments:
– Perform a variety of facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, masks, and facial massages.
– Administer specialized treatments such as anti-aging facials,acne treatments, hydrating or brightening facials, based on clients’ skin needs.

Skin Analysis and Consultation:
– Conduct in-depth skin analysis to assess clients’ skin conditions, concerns, and goals.
– Offer personalized skincare recommendations, addressing specific skin issues and suggesting suitable treatments and homecare regimens.

Customized Client Care:
– Educate clients on proper skincare routines, emphasizing the importance of skincare products and lifestyle choices.
– Provide guidance on post-facial care, including recommendations for products and routines to maintain treatment benefits.

Product Knowledge and Sales:
– Stay updated on skincare products, ingredients, and advancements to recommend appropriate products for specific skin types and concerns.
– Promote and upsell skincare products or additional facial treatments aligned with clients’ needs and preferences.

Hygiene and Sanitation:
– Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms, equipment, and tools.
– Follow sterilization and disinfection protocols for all tools and work areas.

Documentation and Client Records:
– Keep accurate records of client consultations, treatment details, skincare recommendations, and progress notes.
