We are looking for a dedicated casual receptionists to support our Gym and Spa teams in delivering exceptional 5 star service to our members and guests. The ideal candidate will have proven reception experience preferably in a similar role. This role is in a casual capacity.
To be considered for this role, ideal candidates must:
- Warm and welcoming personality
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Experience in administration support
- Previous spa therapy and/or health club experience is ideal but not essential
- The ability to create an engaging first impression with an understanding and execution of 5-Star grooming standards.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
