PROPERTY SUMMARY
Sheraton Grand Krakow is the first Sheraton Grand in Poland and has joined the brand’s new premier tier of hotels, renowned for their enticing destinations, distinguished design, excellence in service and guest experiences. The Hotel is ideally located on the bank of The Wisła River and at the foot of The Royal Wawel Castle, within walking distance to The Old Town and Kazimierz district with all its iconic tourist attractions.
POSITION SUMMARY
The candidate for this GM position will have prior full service hotel GM experience and be fluent in Polish and/or experience of working in Poland as a GM. Evidence of strong sales leadership and driving operational excellence and brand preference will be important, as will the ability to build strong owner relations. Delivering exceptional guest experiences with a hands-on approach is key. The successful candidate will be very comfortable participating in very high profile local and international events at the hotel and demonstrating strong communication, networking and PR skills.
