Housekeeping Attendant

Responsible for the overall cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas. Ensure that the bed, bathroom, minibar is in good condition and are ready for guest stay. Replenish bedroom & bathroom supplies. Check and report broken equipment to Housekeeping Service.

• Cleans and prepares the guest rooms.
• Reports any unusual incidents, guest complaints, lost and found, breakage, and losses to the supervisor.
• Confirms satisfaction with guests, and informs supervisor or manager immediately in case of guest complain.
• Attends briefing, meeting, and all training as requested
• Responsible for maintaining and cleaning machines or equipment
• Performs duties responsively and professionally according to standards and requirements.

Job Requirements

• Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Higher Secondary/Pre-U/’A’ Level, Professional Certificate/NITEC
• No experience is welcome
• Knowledgeable in Housekeeping operation and cleaning methods will be an asset
• Ability to communicate basic English
• Detail-oriented and possess pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
