How would your job looks like :
- Process all incoming event requests
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events, including conferences, weddings, and corporate gatherings
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their event needs are met
- Write function sheets, price offers and invoices
- Promote our hotel with sales prospections over the phone or through external sales actions
- Organize the hotel’s visit and recommend the facilities of the property
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience in event management preferably within the hospitality industry
- Strong commercial skills and ability to drive event revenue
- Good language skills in Luxemburgish, German and English, French.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
