• Keep maintenance service reports and files up to date.
• Prepare department’s duty roster as guided by ACE and update team members’ attendance in InfoTech HR Management System.
• Track and report on team member overtime on monthly basis.
• Monitor team members leaves balances.
• Consolidation and preparation of guest room work order report and all outlets from Stay Please.
• Assist the department to source for goods and spare parts when needed.
• Raise purchase orders, manage and track purchases for the department.
• Make weekly requisitions for office supplies and receive all goods from supplier / contractors.
• Maintain department’s store and update inventory as and when needed.
• Prepare department’s month end inventory report.
• Receive and answer telephone calls from other departments for any maintenance enquiries and work orders.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience preferably in an engineering environment
• Good knowledge of office administration work, engineering knowledge will be favourable
• Diploma in Engineering or Business Administration
