We are looking for an In Room Dining Waiter/Waitress to join our great team in Prague.
About the role:
An In Room Dining Waiter is responsible for providing an efficient and friendly service of food and beverage, ensuring guest satisfaction is achieved throughout their room service experience.
Responsibilities in the role will include, but not be limited to:
- Ensure that “mise en place” is completed shift to shift and during service in order to provide an efficient service
- Ensure full knowledge of the In Room Dining menu and wine list in order to respond or amend guests requests to their full satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver VIP amenities
- Take, prepare and deliver all orders in compliance with hotel standards and food & beverage specifications
- Ensure that procedures and our Legendary Quality Standards are respected
