Waiter/Waitress
The Waiter/Waitress is to perform by being proactive, interactive and reactive allowing each member of our guests to be completely satisfied during their meal and bar experience. He/she will be an active participant for the beverage program. Although this position will work primarily with the restaurant and bar, he/she will also support the other food and beverage venues as well through the selection of various beverage and design of the beverage list that each outlet will utilize for service.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting and serving our guests, providing detailed information on menus, multi-tasking various front and back-of-the-house duties in a fast-paced environment
- A team player and be able to effectively communicate with the restaurant colleagues to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly
- Maintain all restaurant environment and equipment clean and tidy, assists guests when they have questions about the menus/ beverage list, and anticipates guests’ needs and addresses them accordingly
- Provide an excellent overall experience for our guests
- Performs any other reasonable duties as required by his / her Manager
