As a Concierge naturally, you are enthusiastic, and optimistic and treat everyone with respect. As a City Lover, you will know the City like the back of your hand and will be able to recommend all the top places in London to our wonderful guests.

You will be responsible for creating the first and last impressions of all of our guests; welcoming & introducing our guests to the City and the world of NYX Hotels. You will deliver outstanding customer service by assisting with knowledge of the local area and hotel in addition to arranging transportation for our guests. In this role, you will also take pride in providing a warm and personal welcome to our most regular guests and be able to recall and use their names.

The successful applicant for this role will deliver excellent customer service, have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, a high standard of personal presentation, and be willing to learn and show that they care. We are looking for someone with a vibrant, confident, professional and welcoming personality who can communicate well with others, take a proactive approach to daily tasks, and is able to pay close attention to detail. Most of all, we need someone who will commit to providing outstanding hospitality to our guests. And to ultimately have fun and really enjoy a unique role at NYX London Holborn.

Experience working in a lifestyle hotel is desirable but full training is provided.

• Great communication skills so you can chat with our guests and of course the team
• The ability to recognize what our customers want and need and be able to provide it

• “Pressures for tyres” – you can adapt to all situation @types, keeping calm and collected
• Awareness of how to deal with customer complaints and how to ensure these are resolved so everyone has a wonderful stay here at NYX London Holborn
• You will know the City to a tee – you will be able to recommend activities for all guest @types from Opera Shows to the best nightclubs
• Hospitality is your passion – you will love to meet and greet different people
