We are currently seeking an energetic, professional, and driven spa therapist to join our day spa team to ensure our hotel provides the best possible beauty and relaxation experiences for our guests. Our Spa Therapists provide exceptional treatments whilst also ensuring the spa is clean and organised.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, and body treatments in our luxury spa.
• Set up and clean the spa to a high standard to ensure great presentation of spa waiting lounge, spa reception and treatment rooms.
• Maintain a high level of customer service to guests.
• Provide guests with product recommendations to retail our range of product.
• Assist with spa reception duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a spa, beauty or massage therapist preferred.
• Experience in a luxury day spa preferred.
• Knowledge of various Day Spa procedures and methods for a variety of beauty and relaxation treatments.
• Qualification in Beauty Therapy/Massage essential. We are a patient trainer for those entering or returning to the industry.
• Be an enthusiastic individual committed to providing a high quality treatment experience.
• The spa operates 7 days a week. We do provide some flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster.
