This historic establishment has 2 restaurants: a bistro that promises a warm and authentic atmosphere, as well as a gastronomic one, with 35 covers, for a unique culinary experience. Immerse yourself in the world of Chef Louis Gachet, elected MOF 2023, a cuisine of southern character with Burgundian influences.

The L’Occitane Spa has 2,500 m² entirely dedicated to well-being and a menu of treatments tailor-made to meet needs such as beauty, sleep, emotional balance or prevention. It invites you to discover two spaces:

• The first, multisensory, has two swimming pools, indoor and outdoor, two saunas at 70°C and 90°C, accompanied by their cold bath, two sensory showers, a relaxation room, a hammam, a salt cave and a sensory pool.
• The second, dedicated to treatments, includes an elegant reception area, decorated with a herbarium, 10 spacious cabins, a fitness room, a yoga room and a relaxation area dressed in subdued light.

The Couvent des Minimes, Hotel & Spa L’Occitane is also equipped with a convention center, a modular meeting room that can accommodate up to 150 guests and has the necessary equipment for the success of any type of event.

Job brief

The Couvent des Minimes, Hotel & Spa L’Occitane, is looking for its new talent at the Spa, on a permanent contract, to be filled as soon as possible.

The Spa Receptionist, the first face that guests see when they arrive at the Spa, conveys the image of the establishment. Under the responsibility of the Spa Manager, he/she is responsible for:

• Ensuring everything is ready and perfect for customers
• Ensure the physical and telephone reception of customers
• Manage care schedules
• Providing personalized advice to each client for treatments and products
• Build customer loyalty
• Keep the reception area and the Spa shop clean and tidy and comply with hygiene and safety standards
• Proceed with end-of-day cash receipts and closing

Qualifications

• Good team spirit
• Sense of interpersonal skills and service
• Attention to detail and thoroughness
• Ability to listen and organize
• Sense of discretion
• Knowing how to be in line with the codes of luxury
• Diploma in aesthetics recommended and cabin experience desired.
• Fluent English required, a third language would be a plus.
