Spa Attendant

Lyrath Estate are currently recruiting for a Spa Attendant to join the award winning Oasis Spa

The Ideal Candidate for This Position:

• Must be courteous and customer focused on providing a consistently high standard of service
• Previous experience working as a Spa Attendant in a hotel is desirable.
• Flexible to work both mid week and weekend shifts.
• Will be standards driven and detail orientated with the desire to progress within the luxury market.

Key Responsibilities of the role

• To ensure the highest levels of cleanliness in the spa on a day to day basis
• To greet clients/guests throughout the spa at all times in a warm, welcoming and friendly manner
• Be responsible for the routine servicing of guest areas to the required standard.
• Deals with all guest requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure that all checklists are completed.
• To ensure there is a supply of clean towels available for guests
• To ensure there is a fresh stock of fruit, juices and water available for guests
• To ensure that the guests/clients needs and requirements are met or exceeded
• To ensure that the thermal suite is kept clean at all times
