Head Spa

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform Japanese head spa treatments and techniques such as shampooing, head and scalp massages, and other therapeutic techniques.
• Conduct thorough scalp and hair assessments to identify specific concerns and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Apply products and oils, as well as working with specialised equipment to nourish and improve hair and scalp health
• Maintain a clean and serene treatment room environment, ensuring that equipment and supplies are properly sanitised and stocked.

Qualifications:

• Certificate in Hairdressing or previous training in head spa or related fields (Preferred)
• Knowledge of hair and scalp anatomy, common hair and scalp concerns, and potential treatment options.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate and engage clients.
• Professional demeanour and appearance, with a passion for personal wellness.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team.
