What’s the role?
Concierge
Where will you be working?
Our concierge welcome desk is situated in the heart of The Ned on the lively ground floor.
What will you be doing?
• You will be the point of contact to any guest who is looking for a wide variety of requests about restaurants, bars, clubs, events, museums etc.
• Booking and advising members and hotel guests about the latest shows and places to be and securing behind the scenes tickets
• Recommending our guests memorable experiences and going the extra mile to ensure their stay is extra special
• A Les Clefs d’Or membership preferred
• Shifts will be starting from 7am for an early shift and will finish late evening for the late shift
