We are currently recruiting for a Spa Therapist in our Spa department, ESPA at The Europe for the 2019 Season. This is an award winning spa and one of the most unique destination spa hotels that Killarney has to offer. One of the largest spa brands in Europe, ESPA’s credibility and five-star service standards are world-renowned. We are committed to providing Rejuvenation and Relaxation to our clients at Killarney Hotels and employ highly motivated Attendants to provide this service. ESPA at The Europe is nestled on the shores of Killarney’s Lake District, capturing the beauty and serenity of this incredibly enchanting corner of Ireland.

Duties:

• Demonstrate 5 star customer service
• Ensure all daily reports are completed and communicated to the relevant people
• To liaise with Spa therapists with regard to guest requests or problems
• Set up and close down the spa as per the brand standards set down by ESPA and Hotel, using relevant checklists
• Carry out a regular walk through of the entire spa to ensure cleanliness, working facilities, adequate stock levels of guest amenities and linens, removal of dirty linen, candles lit and checking flower displays
• Ensure client lockers are turned around quickly with the appropriate amenities and presentation
• Removal of dirty linen from the spa without disturbing the client experience, delivering it to the relevant housekeeping area
• Maintain the cleanliness and adequate stocking of the therapist preparation areas
• Aid therapists in setting up for treatments and clearing away after
• Assist to all other members of staff at all times including therapists, reception support and gym staff

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years previous attendant experience
• Ability to work in a busy and fast paced environment
• Fluency of the English language
