Laundry Attendant

We are looking for a Laundry Attendant to join our great team in Prague.

You will play a key role in our Housekeeping team to support the luxury experience our guests from around the world enjoy at one of the Prague’s best hotels.

As a Laundry attendant you will oversee the operation of the valet department by ensuring efficient and professional levels of services in the valet department for both our guests and our employees.

Your responsibilities will be:

• To ensure that the uniform provided is kept in good condition, clean and presentable and that personal appearance and hygiene standards are an example for the team and demonstrate a professional image for our guests
• To sign for any keys or bleeps that may be required prior to commencing your shift and signing yourself on-duty in housekeeping office
• To ensure the valet team’s timekeeping, conduct and personal appearance adhere to MOHG standards
• To ensure full knowledge and skills of all valet related activities
• To provide guests with requested services at all times, ensuring all queries are handled in order to achieve full satisfaction
• To provide all employees with appropriate uniforms and Valet services
• To ensure that all aspects of the departmental administration relating to work carried out are logged and kept up to date in order to assist efficiency within the organisation
• To assume responsibility for ensuring any malfunctioning equipment and maintenance problems are reported and followed through to completion
