How would your job looks like :

Process all incoming event requests
Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events, including conferences, weddings, and corporate gatherings
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their event needs are met
Write function sheets, price offers and invoices
Promote our hotel with sales prospections over the phone or through external sales actions
Organize the hotel’s visit and recommend the facilities of the property

The ideal candidate should have:

Experience in event management preferably within the hospitality industry
Strong commercial skills and ability to drive event revenue
Good language skills in Luxemburgish, German and English, French.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
