– Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
– Establishing relationships with educational institutions and industry organizations for talent sourcing.
– Representing the spa at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
– Negotiating employment terms and presenting offers to selected candidates.
– Collaborating with the HR department to ensure smooth onboarding and orientation processes.
– Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
– Monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies.
– Developing and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment efforts.
– Providing regular updates to spa management on recruitment progress and challenges.
– Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment activities.
– Conducting training sessions for hiring managers on effective interviewing and selection techniques.
– Managing relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
– Implementing employer branding strategies to enhance the spa’s reputation as an employer of choice.
– Contributing to the development of the spa’s employee value proposition.
– Creating and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
– Collaborating with the spa’s leadership team to align recruitment efforts with overall business goals.
