– Implementing cost-control measures when necessary.
– Managing spa inventory and supplies.
– Ordering and restocking products as needed.
– Ensuring proper storage and usage of inventory.
– Maintaining high standards of service quality.
– Conducting regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and organization.
– Implementing improvements to enhance overall service quality.
– Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
– Keeping abreast of industry trends and regulations to maintain a competitive edge.
– Collaboration with Other Departments:
– Working closely with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance.

– Identifying training needs and organizing training programs.
– Supporting the professional development of spa staff.
– Compiling and analyzing relevant data for reporting purposes.
– Providing regular reports to upper management on spa performance.
