Job brief
The Couvent des Minimes Hotel & Spa L’OCCITANE is looking for its new talent in Reception.
The Receptionist ensures morning or evening shifts. He/she welcomes guests and facilitates their stay until the time of their departure.
- The Receptionist is the main point of contact for customers.
- The Receptionist must provide physical and telephone reception.
- The Receptionist is responsible for following up with guests throughout their stay.
- The Receptionist is also responsible for checking bookings and invoices.
- The Receptionist, when the guests leave, must ensure that their stay has gone well, proceed to the payment and check-out.
This position is to be filled on a permanent basis, it requires great versatility and rigor. On the principle of two consecutive days of leave and continuous days.
