About the Role 

We are seeking a dynamic leader to join us to manage our award-winning Day Spa. SpaQ occupies the mezzanine level of QT Sydney and features six treatment rooms, a social Hammam-inspired steam room, extensive lounging spaces, a retail and a busy reception.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial role in a fast-paced day spa environment
• A vibrant and visible leadership style
• A natural flair in delivering outstanding customer service to a discerning cliental.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience to provide training and developing spa personnel.
• The skills to manage a spa budget and the drive to exceed targets.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated sales ability in products & services.
• Accomplished computer skills including spa-scheduling and payroll software.
• Excellent presentation
• Beauty &/or massage qualifications
• Flexible working hours
• Managing a team of 10+
• Ensuring 5-star service at all times.
