Senior Beauty Therapist & Customer Care Representative

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Beauty Therapist to join our team at Mukti Organics HQ situated in Mullumbimby.

Our opening hours are Tues – Fri 9.30 am – 4.00 pm & Saturdays from 10.00 am – 4.00 pm.

We require a minimum of five years experience in a spa environment. This role also offers the opportunity to work with the head office team supporting with customer care, online enquiries and phone consultations.

The Mukti Beauty Rooms were first established in 2018 to provide our large client-base with signature skincare and body treatments in a beautiful, relaxing spa environment. Including advanced massage techniques and medi-spa equipment.

About the Role

• Execution of signature facial and body treatments
• Retail recommendations and sales, with a strong focus on re- booking clients and treatment upgrades
• Training and ongoing development opportunities in a supportive environment and global business
• Salon duties including spa attending and room preparation
• Generous Sales Commission program
• Fielding treatment enquiries, bookings and assistance with salon admin
• Customer Care and online / phone consultations
• No body waxing
• Limited massage as part of facial component (not full body)
• Must be available to work at least 3 days’ a week including Saturdays. We are closed Sunday’s and Public Holidays.

About you:

You will be passionate about skincare and providing an outstanding experience for our valued clients.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a spa environment
• Diploma qualified in Beauty Therapy (Level 6)
• Confidence in recommending and selling our products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast paced work environment
• Positive can-do attitude and a reliable team player
• Pride in appearance and attention to detail
• Understanding of natural and organic products will be beneficial
• Computer skills – booking system, emails and social media communication
• The ability to work three days per week
• A commitment to working on Saturday is essential
