DUTIES OF AN F&B MANAGER As an
F&B Manager, you manage Scandic Helsinki Airport’s restaurant and conference operations in a result-responsible manner. You are responsible for coaching your staff, the quality of customer service and implementing Scandic’s F&B concepts. You act as the supervisor of the hall staff and kitchen manager and are part of the hotel’s management team. Your immediate supervisor is the hotel manager.
As a supervisor, you are actively involved in customer service. Your success is measured by your department’s financial performance, concept implementation rate, customer satisfaction and staff satisfaction.

You are the person we are looking for if you already have previous experience in result-responsible restaurant/hotel managerial work, you are flexible, you are able to organise and you understand the importance of creating an excellent customer experience, financial indicators and good staff experience in your work.
